
Dean M. Schink, CIC, LIC_________________________________
Dean is the president of agency operations. Dean works as a consultant to physician practices, associations and independent physicians associations. He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, Michigan Association of Licensed Insurance Counselors, Michigan Association of Independent Agents, and The Michigan Association of Insurance Agents.
Prior to the opening of Specialized Insurance Services in 1993, Dean worked as a marketing rep for Michigan Physicians Mutual Liability Insurance Company (MPMLC), where his primary focus was on Professional Liability as well as ancillary insurance products of Commercial and Personal lines, health life and disability income insurance as an agent of SC&W (the captive agent of MPMLC).
Dean has also served as a Brokerage Manager for Golden Rule Insurance Company ('87-'89),where he was responsible for recruiting, training and motivating independent agents to write Individual and Group Life and Health Insurance and Annuitites for Golden Rule.
He is a 1987 Graduate of Michigan State University.
Danielle P. McCluskey, JD___________________________
Danielle has been an attorney for over twenty-three years, and previously was in-house counsel for many insurance companies, including AAA of Michigan, Wausau Insurance Companies, and Nationwide Insurance Companies. Her practice has been centered in insurance issues, including catastrophic losses and coverage issues. She has provided risk management services to physicians’ practices, as well as representing physicians in insurance disputes. She is an officer for Specialized Insurance Services Agency, Inc. and a licensed insurance property and casualty agent. She is a member of several legal organizations, and has previously chaired of the Genesee County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Committee, and served on the Genesee County Bar Association Circuit Court Committee. She is a current Board Member of Danny and Ron’s Rescue, a former Board Member for the Hunter-Jumper Association of Michigan, the Past President and Board Member of the Board of Trustees for the Exceptional Equestrian Foundation, which provided financial support to disabled persons for therapeutic horseback riding. She graduated with honors from the University of Michigan at age 19, and received her Juris Doctorate from Cooley Law School in 1987. She has presented on the topics of political science, insurance, litigation issues, and case management issues.

Jennifer has worked in the medical field for over twenty-three years, primarily as a transcriptionist. She has most recently worked as a paralegal in a law office. Her main focus within the agency is to provide quality customer service to individuals in need of Professional Liability, Businss Owners, and Workers Compensation Insurance.
